Toronto, Ontario — Autel has announced a partnership with Revv–a driver of artificial intelligence (A.I.) software that aims to identify vehicle Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)–to bring ADAS identification and a repair service workflow to the automotive vehicle repair industry.
As noted in a recent press release, the partnership aims to address the growing need and opportunity to empower mechanical repairers with the information, technology and equipment to calibrate the ADAS components affected by everyday mechanical vehicle repairs and services.
The press release further noted that the partnership will integrate Revv’s ADAS research platform with the Autel MaxiSYS IA900 wheel alignment and ADAS calibration solution. Additionally, the partnership aims to support shop owners in providing more comprehensive repairs and service to “the increasing number of vehicles entering their shops with these safety and convenience systems.”
