WALNUT CREEK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (AAA NCNU), which has over 6 million members in Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska, recently announced three internal promotions to its executive leadership team.
Chief Operating Officer
Laura Zeigler has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). Zeigler joined AAA in 2008 and is the only executive to hold leadership positions in Marketing, Sales, and Road Service, serving as the organization’s Chief Marketing Officer since 2019. As COO, Zeigler will oversee the Marketing, Car Repair, and Communications organizations.
Before joining AAA NCNU, Zeigler held positions at both Farmers Insurance and Nationwide Insurance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Arizona State University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Brian MacAdam has been named Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Since joining AAA in 2015, MacAdam has held senior management roles in branch operations and marketing. As CMO, he will oversee marketing for AAA NCNU’s core businesses, including Membership, Insurance, and Travel.
MacAdam worked at Sears Canada and Canadian Tire before joining AAA NCNU. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
Chief Auto Repair Officer
John Walter has been named Chief Auto Repair Officer. Since joining AAA in 2008, Walter has served as a key architect of AAA NCNU’s car repair strategy. As Chief Auto Repair Officer, he will continue to lead the company’s auto repair division. There are currently 42 AAA NCNU Auto Repair Centers in Arizona, Northern California, and Nevada.
Walter previously worked in automotive real estate development and franchise operations at Majic Development Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University.
