Naperville, Illinois — Spanesi Americas drafted a new star player to its roster last Friday, announcing that Alex Stapleton has been brought on as a new customer business development adviser for the company.
Stapleton boasts more than a decade of collision repair experience, including eight years at the helm of his own shop, in addition to a lead sales role at a parts supply company, making him an ideal liaison to Spanesi’s bodyshop customers.
“I have been an advocate for the Spanesi brand for the majority of my career, and when the opportunity presented itself to work with Spanesi to help grow their customers’ businesses, it felt like the perfect match,” Stapleton said in a company press release.
“I am thrilled to embark on this journey with the Spanesi family and look forward to working alongside Spanesi shops!”
Spanesi Americas COO Timothy Morgan spoke to the many avenues of knowledge that Stapleton will be able to bring to the table going forward.
“Alex’s business knowledge will allow us to offer our customers some coaching on the front office side of the business, from repair planning, marketing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).” he said. “Adding this new unique perspective to our offerings will make our customers’ businesses stronger.”
