A RepairPal Partnership: CrashBay announces partnership with RepairPal; aims to simplify vehicle maintenance and collision repair info

Toronto, Ontario — CrashBay has announced that it has partnered with RepairPal to provide consumers with an integrated platform that aims to streamline vehicle repair and maintenance through increased access to information.

As noted in a recent press release, this integrated platform will work to connect customers to trusted auto repair and collision centres across all 50 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces.

The press release further notes that the new integrated platform—which capitalizes on RepairPals certified repair network and CrashBay’s digital marketplace—will include advanced diagnostics, repair tracking and improved communication tools. These features will offer real-time updates and transparency throughout the repair process.

“By integrating both companies’ platforms,” the press release said, “consumers will enjoy an easier and faster process for booking routine maintenance and specialized repair services. They can also make more informed decisions based on quality assurances and pricing guarantees. As part of the partnership, both companies also introduced a joint customer loyalty program that provides consumers and partners access to an array of priority services.”

Additionally, RepairPal and CrashBay will also collaborate on producing educational content to help car owners better understand both vehicle maintenance and collision repair. The integrated platform will launch in select markets, with plans to expand across the U.S. and Canada.

John Harvey, CEO of Crash Bay, commented, “At CrashBay, we’ve always been committed to simplifying the collision repair process. Our shop marketplace spans across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring that wherever you are, you’re never far from trusted repair services. Parenting with RepairPal not only expands our service offerings but also reinforces our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.”

Moreover, Kathleen Long, Chief Revenue Officer at RepairPal concluded that “this partnership with CrashBay represents a significant step forward for RepairPal. By aligning with a leader in collision repair like CrashBay, we’re enhancing our capability to serve consumers with all their auto repair needs—this partnership allows comprehensive car care including maintenance, as well as full service mechanical and collision repairs.”
