Burnaby, British Columbia — March 17, 2014 —Â The Automotive Retailers Association (ARA) is pleased to welcome Keith Jones to the team.
In his capacity as founder of Crash Space Solutions Inc., Jones provided research and consulting services to the ARA in conjunction with the development of industry-led standards of performance and certification model for the B.C. auto glass industry since retiring from ICBC in July 2103.
Jones joins the ARA full-time as Director of Industry Relations and will also be serving as the Industry Relations Advisor for the Collision Repair division. Reporting directly to him are Darren Cox, Industry Relations Advisor for the Automotive Glass and Auto Rental divisions, Ken Hendricks, Industry Relations Advisor for the BC Auto Recyclers, Towing and Licensed Motor Dealers divisions, and Rene Young, Industry Development Coordinator and Industry Relations Advisor for the Mechanical Repair and Power Sport Dealers divisions.
Many in the industry will know Jones from his 23 years with ICBC where he was instrumental in the development of ICBC’s collision repair and glass programs as well as their policies, procedures and technical solutions.
