Thornhill, Ontario — January 3, 2014 — CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) is experiencing extremely high call volumes and increased wait times due to the extreme cold weather.
We are currently experiencing approximately 1,000 calls per hour with wait times of up to 5 hours for low priority calls. CAA SCO thanks our members for their patience during this cold snap.
We are currently servicing high priority calls first, namely those stranded in the cold or safety-related situations.
