Hamilton, Ontario — December 30, 2013 — CARSTAR Automotive Canada has announced the addition of CARSTAR Calgary Chinook to its franchise family in Alberta.
Owner and operator Mark Kharfan is a Multi-CARSTAR Store Owner and has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years.
Kharfan opened this state-of-the-art collision centre in Calgary in order to respond to higher demand from insurance partners and customers. The centre has 8,600 sq. ft. and can service 20 cars at a time. It features a one-of-a-kind spray booth that includes a track system allowing the facility to maximize space, preparation and flow of production.
With a team of seven employees, the centre is managed by Curtis Williams and is focused on the CARSTAR operational processes and brand.
“Our aim with the new store is to support our insurance partners,” says Kharfan. “The focus is always high quality customer service and meeting the needs of our partners.â€
The staff of CARSTAR Calgary Chinook are committed to being involved in the community. Kharfan is also heavily involved with the Rotary Club of Calgary as the chair of the Annual Soap Box Derby.
