Toronto, Ontario — After the death of Collision Repair Center’s (CCRC) Program’s Regional Developmental Specialist, Paul Bird, the centre has been searching for someone to fill his position
CCRC recently announced it has completed that mission by hiring Keith Jones as the new CCRC Program Regional Developmental Specialist for the Western Region.
Jones brings with him 30 plus years of management experience with ICBC and the collision industry in British Columbia. He is a proven leader with expertise in insurance management, industry certification, government relations, policy and program development and technology management.
More recently, Jones has been involved with his own appraisal businesses DCI Solution Canada Inc. and Crash Space Appraisals Ltd. which has taken him beyond the B.C. and Canadian border.
In this role, Jones will be supporting the CCRC Program, individual CCRCs, Retailers, Insurance Relations, and the Collision Industry from Manitoba to British Columbia.
