Troy, Michigan — In a commitment to both quality paintwork and the necessary training that goes alongside it, AkzoNobel has announced the launch of its new Acoat Selected digital training platform containing business services content relevant to end-user customers.
Announced in a press release from AkzoNobel on Tuesday, the platform will cover a number of “robust” content categories: process improvement, human resources, marketing, technical, sales, finance and more.
“In addition, the training fulfills I-Car continuing education credit requirements and is free of charge for AkzoNobel’s Sikkens and Lesonal customers,” according to the release.
In a tribute, AkzoNobel named the digital platform’s virtual presenter Todd in honour of its services consultant, Todd Edwards, who passed away last year.
“Todd lives on in AkzoNobel’s new digital training platform as the guide and narrator for all Acoat Selected online learning content,” according to the company.
