Niagara, Ontario — Thorold Auto Parts and Recycling was named Best Auto Parts and Accessories in Niagara This Week’s 2020 Reader’s Choice Awards.
Thorold Auto Parts and Recycling was founded in 1982, it has been family-owned and operated ever since.
“Our mission is to provide solutions to all of our clients’ needs, including insurance companies, collision centers, mechanical centers and the general public. We achieve this through the sale of quality used and new auto parts, providing full mechanical service and responsible auto recycling,” said Frank Serravalle, owner of Thorold Auto Parts.
Receiving the award felt great, said Serravalle, “it is often said in our industry that ‘no news is good news’ but to actually see positive feedback motivates us to keep improving.”
Just last year, Thorold Auto Parts won Readers Choice Awards in the categories; Best Auto Service Centre, Best Tire Sales & Service. The facility has also been recognized with an Environmental Leadership Award.
Serravalle attributes this year’s award to team work, “this award belongs to our talented management team and great staff. They do their best each and every day to provide the best quality part and timely service to all of our clients.”
