Leesburg, Virginia –- January 31, 2020 -– On Thursday, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), a U.S. professional association, announced its 2020 board of directors–one with significant represantation from the American collision repair industry.
As an independent third party, ASE upholds and promotes high standards of service and repair through the assessment, certification and credentialing of current and future industry professionals in the U.S. The prestigious ASE Blue Seal logo identifies professionals who possess the essential knowledge and skills to perform with excellence.
The new chair, Bobby Bassett, is the North American national training manager of Gates Corporation, an industry training organization providing auto repair and auto maintenance courses.
The new vice chair Mark Polke, is the manager of sales and consulting for Bosch Workshop Concepts, North America.
Collision repairer Brad Pellman from Colorado will serve as treasurer.
