Parts Progression: ProgiParts launches new process for collision repair shops to increase efficiency of parts ordering process

Toronto, Ontario — ProgiParts has announced that by the end of fall 2024, collision repair shops will have access to a new confirmation system that aims to provide instant prices and availability from suppliers.

The goal of this new system is to make it easier for collision repairers to provide estimates to partners. According to a recent press release, the innovation also hopes to enable parts suppliers to be able to more quickly act, while the goal for collision shops is to offer time saving in the ordering process.

Patrick Turcotte, operations manager at ProgiParts commented in the press release that “we have tested this new feature with dozens of collision shops and the positive impact on their workflow is immediate. This year, we are working to revolutionize the confirmation process, and this is just the beginning of the improvements to come.”

The press release concluded that the company’s previous procedure will remain available for those who prefer it, as well as for specific orders, such as deferred or urgent orders.

Collision shops interested in accessing this new feature can do so by contacting Progi’s customer service by phone or emailing info@progi.com.
