Winnipeg, Manitoba — As the holiday season—and winter weather—cascades upon Canada, AIA is getting into the holiday spirit—the organization has announced details for its annual Manitoba Division Christmas Luncheon.
The luncheon will be held on Dec. 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Like previous years, the Viscount Gort Hotel—located at 1670 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg—will serve as a venue, giving repairers a day to network, mingle and get into the festive spirit.
Last year, the luncheon offered food, laughter, fun—and socks. Attendees came together to gather more than 500 pairs of socks—all of which were donated to the Siloam Mission, a local humanitarian group.
