Niagara Falls, Ontario — April 16, 2018 — CCS recently held its two-day network meeting in Niagara Falls.
The morning began with a welcome address from Craig Kirby and Chris Chinn. The first part of the discussion was on insurance KPI’s, network performance, ideas and best practices, hosted by Mike Beier. The rest of the first day featured presentations from guests including Wendy Hillier, collision and insurance industry consultant, Larry Jefferies from Certified Collision Care and members of the Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company. The presentations were concluded with Keynote speaker Peter Mansbridge’s “Ordinary Canadians, Extraordinary Leadership.”
The second day’s schedule held more of the same. The committee hosted an open forum for members to discuss the topics from the previous day, including a continuation of the discussion on insurance KPI’s, network performance, ideas and best practices. This was followed throughout the day by presentations from Enterprise holdings, Audatex and Dealer Pilot. The meeting’s second day featured Keynote speaker Michele Romanow’s presentation “Getting to Success: Embracing Change, Encouraging Disruption and Incentivizing Innovation.”
