Mercier, Quebec — January 4, 2018 — CARSTAR Collision and Glass Service is expanding its network in Quebec with the opening of CARSTAR Mercier. The facility is owned by Robert and Alex Leduc, and was formerly operated as Carrosserie Robert.
Roger Leduc first opened the 4,550-square-foot repair facility more than 45 years ago. Since then, three generations of Leducs have been involved in the business—Roger Leduc, his son Robert, and grandson, Alex. The family chose to join the CARSTAR network because of the flexible, energetic, rewarding and motivating supervision offered by the management team, according to CARSTAR.
CARSTAR Mercier believes that customer satisfaction and the quality of its repairs are the two most important elements for its success. To that end, the team is committed to obtaining I-CAR Gold training and certification.
The repair facility can accommodate more than ten vehicles at a given time and is equipped with a modern paint booth.
