Trois-Rivières, Québec — June 7, 2017 — Progi has inaugurated its new offices at 500 rue Saint-Georges in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. The building, acquired by the company last year, is historically known for having housed Le Nouvelliste and the CLSC des Forges in the past.
With this initiative, Progi takes part in revitalizing downtown Trois-Rivières. Since last October, employees have been sharing the place with contractors busy with final adjustments and finishing touches. The personnel have nicknamed their new premises the ProgiPlex.
The new offices offer more space to accommodate Progi’s constant growth. Several changes were made to the old building. The first floor was entirely refurbished to meet the employees’ needs. Open areas bathed in natural sunlight are home to the development team and customer service team. All offices have large windows to maximize lighting. Modern conference rooms are available for meetings and training. The move allowed the company to upgrade its servers’ room with more expansion in mind.
Part of the ground floor will be offered for rent. Progi will also use some of that space for its growing team.
Diane Chaîné, President of Progi, says: “I am glad to offer a modern and comfortable environment to the Progi team which will help in making each hour spent at work a healthy and positive one. We now have the space to accommodate any new talent that may join our team.”
