Twenty 2.0 – Peer Benchmarking – will debut next week in New Orleans, La., during Automotive Service & Repair Week. ASRW is comprised of two events: NACE, geared towards collision repair professionsl, and CARS, designed for the service and mechanical repair side of the business.

 

Twenty 2.0 is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 12 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Registration is available online or onsite for $85.

 

Twenty 2.0 is a peer benchmarking/virtual 20 group concept, applicable to both mechanical service/repair and collision repair shop owners focused on doing “the job at the top.” This 90-minute session, led by ASRW keynote speaker Dick Cross, begins with a half hour introductory session, followed by an hour-long breakout session. All participants will have the opportunity to enroll in the formal (ongoing) Twenty 2.0 virtual 20 group at the conclusion of this session.

 

Dick Cross is the author of “Just Run It! Running an Exceptional Business is Easier Than You Think.” He has worked for more than 25 years transforming companies into industry powerhouses. He has specific automotive industry experience as well, having advised automotive retailers and serving as CEO of CARSTAR U.S.
