CARSTAR to "Excellerate" at Industry Conference |

HAMILTON, ON -- July 2, 2009 -- CARSTAR Automotive Canada will hold its 12th Annual Industry Conference from August 12 – 14, 2009 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Taking place at the newly renovated Westin Bayshore Hotel, this year’s theme is “Excellerate,” a portmanteau term coined by CARSTAR which means "to accelerate with excellence."
Some highlights of this year’s conference include a keynote address by Cameron Herold of 1-800-Got-Junk, as well as insurance guest speakers from:
Ø Aviva Canada - Robin Spencer, President & CEO
Ø MPI (Manitoba Public Insurance) – Marilyn McLaren, President & CEO
Ø TD Insurance – Alain Thibault, President & CEO
Canadian singer Suzie McNeil will be making a special appearance. Her hit song “Believe” was chosen as the theme song for the 2010 Winter Olympics which are also taking place in British Columbia.
