TORONTO, ON -- May 5, 2008 -- Birchmount Collision has fifty reasons to celebrate this year. But instead of popping champagne, its business as usual, at the legendary Scarborough, ON repair and paint shop.
Founded in 1958 by George Hosaki, Birchmount Collision grew on strong ethics, willpower and character. The Hosaki family has worked their way to the top and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.
After George's passing in 2005, his legacy has been carried on by sons Wayne and Gary. As of May 2007, Wayne took over sole ownership and with the help of his wife Cheryl continues to succeed.
When we spoke with Wayne recently he explained that, "A family business seems to have more pride in ownership. There has been a level of standards set out by the people before me and I try to follow in those footsteps. I believe that we have a firm commitment to quality and customer satisfaction."
Birchmount Collision is also committed to the future of our environment, and was one of the first hundred collision repair companies in Canada to use waterborne paint. "We recognize the importance of protecting our environment for the enjoyment of future generations, so we have implemented the use of waterborne paint and an extensive recycling program." said Wayne Hosaki.
Collision Repair magazine would like to congratulate the Hosaki family and the staff of Birchmount Collision on 50 years of success.
