I just got back from one week in L.A. California – I defiantly could get used to a winter that averages 20 degrees, anyways back to reality of finding a job, tackling the snow and keeping the dream alive (a unified auto collision industry). While in L.A. I was fortunate to attend a convention presented by WFG (World Financial Group) and while there I got the opportunity to here Cal Ripken Jr, Mary Lou Retton, Chris Gardner and other powerful and inspirational speakers talking about the obstacles they had to overcome to reach the pinnacle of their dreams.

Then I started to think about all the obstacles confronting the Canadian auto collision industry and wondered does anybody care or even have a dream that will empower them or the collision industry.
